Wearable - Editorial - Bridal - by Mac Cosmetics

At the beginning of the week I went to Dublin for a Pro Bridal Mac Masterclass. These are always my favourite as I get to see a glimpse of runway looks but also the looks that my client will love. The overall makeup was quite natural yet flawless.

Do you want a natural alternative to botox & fillers?

After a long Winter my skin was craving some care and attention. After a few months of harsh weather, central heating and lack of hydration, my skin definitely needed some TLC.
Do you ever feel that a regular, hands-on facial just isn't enough? Well, I was introduced to the new Biotec Facials from Elemis and I can't wait to tell you all about it.

The Killarney Park Hotel is nestled in the centre of Killarney town and it is here, at The Elemis Spa, that you will find the facial that everyone is talking about. I just couldn't wait to visit and check it out for myself.

Whitefawn Boutique S/S Lookbook

If ever your visiting West Cork make sure you visit Whitefawn Boutique in Clonakilty. A hidden treasure on the main street run by two very stylish, local girls. Hilary & Katie are the face of Whitefawn Boutique and are there to help you choose beautiful pieces of "soft feminine styles with a mixture of subtle edge".

I was delighted to work with the girls recently on their Spring/Summer Lookbook shoot. 7AM on a sunny but freezing morning in Clonakilty I started the makeup. Both girls styled and modelled in the shoot (their talents are endless) and the fabulous Anna Groniecka Photography took the pics.

Have a look at the pictures - all pieces are available in store now. Follow them on Facebook and you can find all the new stock and even order on line! Great when I'm not at home in Clonakilty & I see something I love!

A delightful afternoon at Castlemartyr Resort

During the Easter season I was due a catch-up with Helena and we headed off to Castlemartyr Resort for Afternoon Tea.
The sun's rays were streaming down as we made our way along the driveway to the Resort, passing the Castle ruins and watching golfers tee-off. Pity we don't play ourselves - I imagine this is the perfect place for a round of golf - such quiteness in a surreal setting of woodlands - just bliss.

When walking towards the Manor House it almost takes your breath away. Origionally, construction took place in the 17th century and today the Manor House is restored to its original grandeur and it is so magnificent.
